He replaced the compressor and added gas, so now my refrigerator is working very well like new. He checked everything very carefully and fixed it very well. I was very thankful. They say actions speak louder than words and the actions of MGR's team was outstanding. Ash (out in Burbank) was unlike any "vendors" I have dealt with in the past ten years. He was there throughout the whole double wall oven drama. Not only was he able to schedule techs to come out in two days (unheard of), but continually reassured me that they would be at my home to fix the problem. Unfortunately, I had been promised days/times from other contractors in the past, who never showed up nor called...and I was still skeptical. Ash was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and most of all, followed up to make sure all was going well. He returned all of my calls. Ash has set the bar very high regarding how customers should be treated. Actually, he should create a Customer Service manual that other companies need to follow. The two techs that came out were terrific. Although the top panel that Home Depot ordered was the incorrect size, Sam and his partner were able to remove the "circuit board" from the new panel and install it in place of the bad one....and it worked! Very creative thinking....others would have just left , having me wait for a new part to show up. They also were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Mgr Appliance to everyone I know and will definitely "demand" that they be my vendor of choice should I run into any other appliance issues.
