He used specialized equipment to safely move our heavy 48-inch range, checked the gas supply, and repaired the regulator valve promptly. He left everything clean and in perfect order. They replied within 2 days to schedule a visit. 2 servicemen took 45 minutes to diagnose and fix problem. They even had the spair part on hand based on their anticipated need. It was out of warentee but the charge was much less than the extended warranty I did not buy.
