Our LG Dryer had an issue, drum turning very heavily with a loud noise when loaded. Also, our LG Washer accumulated dirty water in the tub after load was done. Additionally, the Washer would leak from time to time washing a large load. MGR Appliance Repair, BK Kostanyan, arrived within the time frame of our appointment and fixed the LG Dryer very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and kept everything clean. He explained the issue and repair process clearly. Our Dryer is working perfectly now. For the Washer, nothing could be done. This company is extremely efficient and possesses excellent accountability. Furthermore, they offer a comprehensive warranty. LG's service can be somewhat confusing due to its extensive detail and the need for extensive explanation. However, MGR's company has dispatched a handyman directly to check everything and provide free warranty service. The experience was quite satisfactory. I have never experienced such a service before.
