Genuine Parts and Repair Warranty

We use new, genuine manufacturer (OEM) parts whenever available. If an original part is unavailable or backordered, we discuss any alternatives before proceeding. They replied within 2 days to schedule a visit. 2 servicemen took 45 minutes to diagnose and fix problem. They even had the spair part on hand based on their anticipated need. It was out of warentee but the charge was much less than the extended warranty I did not buy.
