To start it was great communication across the board. MGR notified me to confirm the dates and times, then they communicated on the day of to let me know when they were on their way. David’s customer service was very excellent and thorough. He was kind and considerate of our home space as he did his work; He explained what he did. As well as educationed me on how to keep my filters clean which was one of my concerns. I am very pleased with MGR service, they are a very trusted appliance service.

Arsen was great! I called LG for a warranty claim and they assigned MGR to me and these guys were awesome! Replaced my compressor and filter dryer with no problem. They also offered an additional maintenance at my own cost which was great, they were not pushy and we wound up doing it. It was great, thanks Arsen and team!!!!

Just had our LG fridge fixed, about a year and a half old, had given them details of model number and pic of tag insde so they could access correct parts. Went smoothly with great attention to detail and cleanup. Fantastic abilities from that young man ! Will call them in a year for normal service, and repair if needed.
