Service Charge
Our service charge is $120. The service charge is paid when the technician arrives. Because built-in microwaves are harder to remove, diagnose, and reinstall, the service charge for them is an additional $60. Our technician will give you an estimate for labor and parts, if needed. The service charge is waived if you approve the estimate and have us repair the appliance.
Cost of Labor
The estimate shows the full cost to repair your appliance. Our labor rates aren't based on how long the technician spends in your home. Fast, reliable service depends on many costs you don't see: ongoing technician training, specialized diagnostic equipment, office staff, rent, a stocked parts inventory, and more. When you call us, you're hiring a whole company behind the technician, not just one person. That's why our labor charges follow industry-standard rates for each type of repair.
Parts
If your repair needs new parts, they're charged separately from the service charge and labor.
MGR Appliance Repair uses only brand-new, genuine manufacturer (OEM) parts. You can count on us never to cut corners with aftermarket or rebuilt parts.
If the original part is unavailable or backordered and an aftermarket or rebuilt part is the only option, we'll offer it to you as a choice. Because we can't guarantee how well or how long those parts will last, repairs that use them come with a one-week parts and labor warranty.
Labor
At MGR Appliance Repair, your satisfaction comes first. We stand behind every repair, and we back our work with this warranty:
- Parts: 90 days on parts we supply and install, unless noted otherwise
- Labor: 90 days. If the same problem comes back within the warranty period, we'll come out and fix it at no extra labor cost.
- Service call: 30 days
