If your ZLINE dishwasher leaves dishes dirty, won’t start, or stops before finishing a cycle, we can investigate the cause. We also assess drainage problems and water leaks. When booking, share your model number and any error messages to help us prepare for your visit.

Genuine Parts and Repair Warranty

We use new, genuine manufacturer (OEM) parts whenever available. If an original part is unavailable or backordered, we discuss any alternatives before proceeding. Parts we supply and install carry a 90-day warranty, unless otherwise noted, and our standard labor warranty is also 90 days. See our service terms for details and exceptions.

They replied within 2 days to schedule a visit. 2 servicemen took 45 minutes to diagnose and fix problem. They even had the spair part on hand based on their anticipated need. It was out of warentee but the charge was much less than the extended warranty I did not buy.
