Sub-Zero Refrigerator and Freezer Repair

Cooling problems can affect both food storage and your daily routine. We diagnose issues in Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezers, including units that run warm, develop excess frost, or struggle to maintain their set temperature. Before repairs begin, we explain our findings and provide a clear estimate for your approval.

Sub-Zero Ice Maker Repair

If your ice maker stops producing ice or leaks water, we can investigate the cause. Also, tell us about changes in ice production or any messages on the appliance display. Sharing your model number when booking helps us confirm service availability and prepare for your visit.

Genuine Parts and Repair Warranty

We use new, genuine manufacturer (OEM) parts whenever available. If an original part is unavailable or backordered, we discuss any alternatives before proceeding. Parts we supply and install carry a 90-day warranty, unless otherwise noted, and our standard labor warranty is also 90 days. See our service terms for details and exceptions.

They replied within 2 days to schedule a visit. 2 servicemen took 45 minutes to diagnose and fix problem. They even had the spair part on hand based on their anticipated need. It was out of warentee but the charge was much less than the extended warranty I did not buy.
