- During the visit, the technician will assess the issue and provide a repair quote.
- If you agree to proceed with the repair, the $120 fee will be deducted from the total cost.
- If you choose not to proceed, the $120 fee is non-refundable.

3. Warranty Terms

- We strive to complete repairs in one visit, but we may need to order parts, which could affect scheduling.
5. Cancellation Policy

- We are not liable for incidental damages (e.g., food loss) or consequential damages beyond the repair cost.
